Although he came close to succeeding in each, it is in real estate that he has discovered his long-term passion. Ryan was named Rookie of the Year in WA during his first year in the industry and has excelled ever since, being part of some of Perth’s most accomplished and successful teams. But it’s as Co-Sales Director of WHITEFOX in WA where he’s truly flourished.

A hard-working and natural leader, Ryan quickly became known for delivering quality and success to his clients. Overseeing the launch of WHITEFOX’s operations in Perth, Ryan dedicated significant time to personally helping fit out the office, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. Under the WHITEFOX brand, he has built the fastest-growing team in the west, doubled his average sale price, established connections between the Perth office and the WHITEFOX network, and led his team to sell over $150 million worth of property in less than a year—all without a single staff member leaving.

While the numbers are impressive, Ryan finds the greatest satisfaction in watching his staff grow personally and seeing the culture he and David have cultivated. To Ryan, true leadership means giving people the space to grow and develop in their own way.

Outside of work, Ryan’s family is his world. Having just bought and started renovating in their dream suburb, time at the park with his wife, their dog, and son is where Ryan feels most at ease.
