WHITEFOX has expanded once again. This October, we officially opened the doors to our newest Northside office in Essendon. This marks our sixth location across Melbourne, and our fifteenth globally, a clear reflection of our momentum, our people, and our brand’s continual evolution.
The Northside network is led by the exceptional Dylan Francis and Paddy Tilli, backed by an equally impressive team including Eleanor Currie, Nick Eres, Melissa Privitelli, Vincent Silvestro, Fedja Bilic, Gabriel Tasevski, Sarah Mostafa, Jamie-Lee Di Giorgio and Ava Portelli. Since opening our first Northside office in 2024, the growth from this group has been nothing short of extraordinary. A true testament to their leadership, consistency, and culture.
From record-breaking results in Moonee Ponds and Maribyrnong, to redefining luxury north of the Yarra, Dylan and the team have rewritten what success looks like on this side of the city. Their approach is fearless, their execution refined, and with Essendon now open, that reach will only grow stronger.

What started as a tight-knit team of 4 has now expanded into 9 high-performing agents with 2 Sales Coordinators. The demand, the output, and the energy from this crew made it clear: one office simply wasn’t enough. So, we doubled down in Northside, giving our agents the space to grow, collaborate, and continue setting new benchmarks for the market.
The official launch event was held within the new office itself at 1/50 Suite Fletcher Street, Essendon where we welcomed more than 120 friends, family, and clients to celebrate the milestone. The energy was unmistakable, a mix of pride, excitement, and anticipation for what’s next.
Once a historic home, 1/50 Suite Fletcher Street has been transformed into a refined, design-led office that nods to its heritage while embracing the brand’s modern aesthetic. Carefully renovated by The Project Advisory and designed by MadeFor, with Charlotte Fox and Dylan Francis overseeing the fit-out every finish was carefully considered to create a space that feels both elevated and effortless. Expansive, functional, and designed for growth, the new Essendon office provides room for collaboration, focus, and the continued expansion of our Northside team. It’s timeless. Purpose-built.
