Employees (as well as their immediate family members) of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter in the Promotion. |

Terms & Conditions
1. General
The Schedule and these Terms and Conditions govern the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotional Period. Entries that are incomplete or submitted outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid.
3. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Schedule. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
4. Prize Draw
The draw will take place as outlined in the Schedule. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
5. Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within the Redemption Date outlined in the Schedule. If the prize remains unclaimed, it will be redrawn in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Redraw details.
6. Prizes
The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If the specified prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.
7. Liability
The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy to administer the Promotion.
9. Amendments
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time subject to relevant legislation.
10. Force Majeure
The Promoter will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if caused by a Force Majeure event.
