Her success at WHITEFOX began with a stunning Hamptons-inspired, riverfront home at 72A Botticelli Street in Fig Tree Pocket. Previously listed for over 90 days without one written offer, the property had become stagnant under another agent. Recognising its potential, Yasmin was relentless in her pursuit, determined to secure the listing and showcase her capabilities.

Coming in as a second agent in a challenging market, Yasmin faced significant pressure, not only because it was won from a widely recognised top Australian agent, but also because of the fact another agent pitching for the listing was her previous employer. Nevertheless, she remained focused on demonstrating her expertise by offering a fresh campaign strategy through WHITEFOX and was able to win the trust of the homeowners.

The success for Yasmin continued with another significant listing at 453 Springwood Road in Daisy Hill. Again, with days on market hovering around 36 days, the house sold after being online for only 5 days – an extraordinary result for a young agent forging a path at a new company.
