Rachael's path into real estate was never going to go any other way. Growing up obsessed with home design and everything property, she stepped into the industry in 2022 and hasn't slowed down since.
Starting as a receptionist before moving into an EA role, then working alongside her principal as both EA and Buyers Agent, and eventually stepping out as a Sales Associate; she's built a well-rounded foundation that most agents twice her experience don't have.
Intuitive, approachable, and driven, she adapts quickly to different people and situations and is always focused on achieving the best possible outcome. When a client shares their goals with her, she takes that seriously, nothing less than the best result will do.
WHITEFOX had been on her radar long before she joined. Drawn to the brand's elevated approach to marketing and the way it stood apart from everything else in the industry, it always felt like the right fit. Now joining the WHITEFOX Applecross team as Ryan Smith's EA, she brings sharp instincts, genuine drive, and a depth of experience that speaks for itself.
Outside of work, you'll find her in the ocean, finding her next favourite song to play on repeat, or soaking up everything that comes with life as a new mum.
