The South African-born, Perth native is never far from the beach or the suburbs where he loves to help his clients. From North Perth to Doubleview to Mount Lawley, David is drawn to architecturally significant character homes that have been renovated to suit modern family needs. His knowledge of different home styles and the needs of those who live within their walls sets him apart. 

When it comes to leadership, David believes in leading by example. While he and his Co-Managing Director at WHITEFOX Perth, Ryan Smith, might have different methods and styles, it’s what they do collectively that has allowed their team to thrive, grow, and achieve enormous success in a short amount of time. In its first year alone, the Perth office stands to sell over 255 properties—an incredible achievement for such a new team. 

David loves a team environment, and alongside his lifelong friend and EA, Ash, they’ve helped countless clients realise their property goals. Never one to keep everything to himself, David is often found on the last Friday of every month, treating anyone lucky enough to be in the Hobart Deli in North Perth to coffee. And if you share a good joke over an iced latte, you might be fortunate enough to hear his infamous and infectious laugh.
