Held on the rooftop of The Oxley in Nobby Beach, the event brought together early purchasers, collaborators, and local industry to get a first look at one of the most anticipated residential projects on the Gold Coast.

Hosted by GRAYA with support from Hugo Boss and Bentley, the venue – Sueño, perched above WHITEFOX Gold Coast’s office – mirrored the development’s ethos: meticulously designed, coastal-inspired, and executed with confidence.

Marking GRAYA’s tallest multi-residential tower to date, Enclave is a vertical embodiment of the team’s design philosophy: sharp lines, premium materials, and uncompromising liveability. Slated for completion in November 2026, the project has already drawn significant attention for its trophy sky homes – upper-level residences boasting uninterrupted ocean views and owner-occupier-focused layouts.

With just one residence per floor in the upper tier, each home prioritises privacy, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, transcending traditional apartment living. While GRAYA led the evening, WHITEFOX Real Estate played a pivotal supporting role. CEO Marty Fox attended alongside the Projects and HQ team, while Shura Taft, Head of Content and Media, emceed the evening.

Brothers Andrew Gray and Rob Gray were interviewed alongside Fox, about the intricacies of the project, the decisions behind the position and development profile and timelines for the build. They were quick to point out that, as both the developer and the builder, they retain complete control over every facet of the project, a point of difference from traditional residential tower builds.

Spearheaded by WHITEFOX Projects’ Phillip Rand and Jessica Tinsley, the project has already gained strong momentum with strong early sales results soon to be announced. Through RenderedReality’s 3D headset experience, guests on the night had the opportunity to walk through each residence, experiencing the flow, scale, and detail in real time. It was a shift away from static renders, helping ground the project’s vision in something people could step into.

With delivery on track for late 2026, and strong enquiry from buyers seeking rare, high-spec coastal residences, Enclave is already delivering on its early promise. The trophy homes are the headline, but the full building carries the same level of intent.
